Medina County Septic System Rules

As Medina County residents ourselves we pay close attention to the rules and regulations that govern the septic systems in Medina county.  Whether you live in Lafayette Township, Hinckley, Medina, Brunswick or any other city, town or village in Medina County, you may find it reassuring that we pay close attention and keep up-to-date on the regulations that govern the operation and maintenance of your septic system. Click this link to the most recent Operation and Maintenance guidelines published on the Medina County Health Department site. In it you will see:

As part of the Medina County Health Department's Operation and Maintenance Program, each sewage system installed, altered, or involved in several other instances such as nuisances, variances, etc., after January 1, 2007, is issued a five (5) year Operation and Maintenance Permit for the sewage system (septic system) after the appropriate fee submittal. These permits require that the sewage system be enrolled in an Operation and Maintenance contract with a registered Medina County Service Provider and be serviced twice a year. The Medina County Health Department must track all service conducted on these sewage systems, including sampling results for some types of sewage systems, as registered Service Providers send in the required maintenance receipts to the Medina County Health Department.

As a registered Medina County Service Provider, Double Flush Septic Services is devoted to helping you maintain your septic systems and help you track your maintenance with our septic system maintenance plans. If you have any questions about the Medina County septic regulations or our septic services call or text 330-391-5551 to get the fastest answers. You can always expect transparent pricing, fast response times and excellent communications on every job.
