We do not offer 24/7 emergency services. We are closed on weekends and holidays. We are open Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm. Scheduled and emergency services are during business hours and based on availability.

Emergencies
Emergency service is offered during business hours, Monday through Friday, and is based on scheduling availability. If sewage is backing up or your alarm is going off, stop or limit water use and text or call us. See our emergency septic service page for what to do while you wait.
Service Contract Customers
If your alarm goes off, you can silence the alarm, then limit water use and text, call, or email us to let us know. Alarm calls are handled during business hours. You can download our annual service contract from the maintenance plans page.
